Professional Property Solutions are happy to inform our customers that can now offer a full range of Insurance Services. The insurance coverage is provided by a Thai company in partnership with an internationally acclaimed Swiss insurance group. The services include (but are not limited to):
Home Care Insurance
Home care insurance provides total protection in one simple package. Coverage includes the following:
- Fire
- Burglary, robbery and theft
- Electrical injury to home appliances
- Lodd of rent or temporarty accommodation expenses
- Loss of life of the insured person or the insured's spouse and family members who were within the building when it was damaged or destroyed by means that are covered by the policy.
- Premises liability for bodily injury and property damage.
Premiums for the coverage depend on the individual property but in most cases range from 0.27% to 0.17% of the Insured value
Condominium Insurance
Condominium insurance provides protection in a package very similar to the home care policy. Coverage includes the following:
- Fire
- Burglary, robbery and theft
